The Under Secretary for Memorial Affairs from the Department of Veterans Affairs, The Honorable John W. Nicholson, Brigadier General, US Army (retired) presents a wreath in honor of the Unknown Soldiers at the Tomb at Arlington National Cemetery on June 9, 2004. General Nicholson has oversight of more than 120 National Cemeteries throughout the United States. NOTE: Arlington National Cemetery is administered by the Department of the Army.
